An incomplete gilded copper-alloy Roman finger ring missing a section of its circumference. The band broadens to shoulders which surround the empty bezel. There is a small amount of gilding remaining in the bezel and on the interior of the ring. No gilding remains on the outside of the shoulders and band. The bezel is 10.91mm wide and 1.72mm thick and has an oval recess. The band is D-shaped in cross-section and narrows from the bezel to 3.31mm wide and 1.22mm thick at the break. Overall the ring fragment is 21.75mm long and weighs 2.73g.

Ring Romano-British gold finger ring. plain hoop which expands at the shoulders to a double scalloped 'V' shape, emphasised by incised lines forming an elongated 'V'. The shoulders support an attached oval bezel with a double beaded border. The centre of the bezel is decorated with two clasped right hands (dextrarum iunctio). The ring is somewhat misshapen but is in good condition and does not show signs of a great deal of wear. An almost complete cast copper alloy clock key of post-medieval date. The top of the handle/loop is missing. The key has a double loop handle, the upper, smaller, loop being for suspension. The stem has an oval section and a triple collar beneath the handle. The shank is hollow. The key mechanism is two prongs with a diagonal indentation between the prong and the stem. A silver gilt late medieval to early post-medieval 'iconographic' finger ring. The band is complete with a bi-faceted bezel. The band is largely D-shaped in cross section measuring 1.58mm in depth and 4.26mm in width at its narrowest point. The bezel is triangular in cross-section, creating two facets which are decorated with engraved, hatched triangles. The shoulders of the hoop are engraved with a chevron above three perpendicular lines. A copper-alloy Roman brooch. The brooch is hinged, the pin swinging freely on a fixed axial bar. The pin is assymetric with a pronounced bow towards the hinge and hooked to fit under the catchplate. A copper-alloy lug for attaching a handle to a metal vessel. The loop at the top of the lug is a tear-drop shape in plan. The loop has a circular hole and is D-shaped in section. Short arms project from either side of the stem beneath the loop. The stem is oval in section and is broken. Perforated lugs of this form served to attach handles to vessels such as chafing dishes (for examples, see Lewis 1973: 61). The suggested date is 15th to 16th century.

A post-medieval gun-flint possibly from a flintlock musket. The flint is broadly rectangular in plan and a classic wedge shape.
