A post medieval (AD 1540-1900) ceramic cone-shaped stoneware object which looks similar in shape to tegula mammata from a Roman cavity wall. It has been suggested that this may be the stopper for an acid bottle. The object has some slight damage to the sides of the base. It is generally conical in shape but towards the tip the profile is slightly flatter and it terminates in a blunt point. It is beige stone in colour with a brown glaze.
