COS V PP SPQR OPTIMO PRINC reverse depicting Aequitas standing left holding scales and cornucopiae. The reverse of the coin appears flawed as there is an annulet against the upper arm and there are raised circular lumps at 9 o'clock and 11 o'clock. Mint of Rome. Probably RIC 118 (Vol II) (described as an aureus in error).
