A post medieval Dutch Type I silver thimble dating to the period AD 1620-1650. The thimble is complete but has been slightly flattened. The thimble comprises two parts. There is a separate circular dome at the top with a raised rim inside the dome which attaches to a sub-rectangular sheet that has been curled round to form a flared tube. The thimble is decorated all over and there is a maker's mark at the base of the flared tube in the lowest band of decoration which may be a greek letter phi or omega with an iota through it. A fragment of a post medieval silver thimble probably dating to c AD 1620-1650. The fragment comprises the top dome of the thimble and is probably part of a two part thimble (possibly Dutch Type I dating to AD 1620-1650). The fragment comprises a dome which is decorated on the top by seven rows of raised circles each with a punched central hole. The back of the dome is undecorated but there are raised knops where the hole has been punched from the other side. A silver seal matrix made by Hester Bateman and dating to the period 1760-1790 depicting the and crest of the Blachford family. The seal matrix is oval in shape with a shield of three fess wavy gules, three pheons azure to chief with a swan above and trailing leaves and flowers on either side of the shield. A post medieval silver seal matrix dating to AD 1796-1797. The seal matrix is damaged and is missing the loop at the back for holding the matrix. The seal matrix is oval and depicts a sheep walking right. There is an incised line around the edge of the face. On the back the front plate steps inwards to an oval plate with the maker's mark around it and in the centre a raised round section which narrows and then extends transversely to created the curvilinear holding loop. A silver Roman miniature or votive axe dating to AD 43-250. The axe comprises a wedge shaped head which is fairly flat at the top but more curved at the bottom. The butt end is flat. The axe appears to be decorated with a line round the edges, except the cutting edge, of the blade. The shaft is circular in plan and narrows to a point at the bottom. Green (1981, 258) suggests that in a Romano-Celtic context, votive axes may have been good luck charms, although it should be remembered that interpreting their ritual function is difficult and this is just one possibility for their use.

A post medieval silver-gilt dress hook dating to c AD 1500-1600. The tag is complete and comprises rectangular plate with moulded relief and openwork. The tag is constructed compositely with a wire hook attached to the back of the plate. The decoration of on the plate comprises a five petalled flower at the juncture of the hook and plate. Ring Romano-British gold finger ring. plain hoop which expands at the shoulders to a double scalloped 'V' shape, emphasised by incised lines forming an elongated 'V'. The shoulders support an attached oval bezel with a double beaded border. The centre of the bezel is decorated with two clasped right hands (dextrarum iunctio). The ring is somewhat misshapen but is in good condition and does not show signs of a great deal of wear. A hoard of twenty five Medieval silver coins dating to AD 1280-1355. The coins were found within an area of approximately 10 inches, at a depth of approximately 8-12 inches. The finder reports that three of the coins, plus another two, were held together by the soil. A silver gilt late medieval to early post-medieval 'iconographic' finger ring. The band is complete with a bi-faceted bezel. The band is largely D-shaped in cross section measuring 1.58mm in depth and 4.26mm in width at its narrowest point. A Post Medieval silver gilt finger ring dating from 1500 - 1700 AD. The band is rectangular in section and has a join just before the 'TO'. The outer face is decorated with beaded borders, each flanked by raised lines. The plain band in the centre is inscribed: " + DYE x TO x LIVE * " in seriffed capital letters. A dispersed hoard of five Post Medieval silver coins found at a depth of 4-6 inches. The hoard consists of two silver groats of Mary I, together with two silver sixpences and a silver shilling of Elizabeth I.  The coins were found in an area of cultivated land but it has transpired that the earth was from spoil that had been moved there from elsewhere (approximately 1.5km away) during building works for the extension of a car park at a commercial premises.
