A Roman silver denarius of Marcus Aurelius dating to AD 179 (Reece period 8). The coin is corroded and the legend is partly obscured on both sides. Probably TR P XXXIII IMP X COS III P P reverse type depicting Mars standing right holding a spear and leaning on a shield. Mint of Rome. RIC Vol III, p 244, no 406.
