An incomplete silver Rose Type 2 farthing of Charles I dating to AD 1634-1636. CAROLV [D G MAG BRI] obverse depicting a single arched crown with two sceptres in saltire through it. [FRAN ET] HIB REX reverse depicting a single rose surmounted by a single arched crown. Initial mark not visible. North 2291 (North JJ, 1991, English Hammered Coinage Volume 2, Spink & Son, London).

A silver farthing of either Henry VII (1485-1509) or Henry VIII (1509-1547). The coin has been clipped to the circle at the edge of the legend. The circle measures 7.27mm in diameter. The reverse is a long cross with three pellets in each quarter.
