A silver long cross penny of Edward III dating to AD 1369-1377. EDWARDVS REX ANGLIE obverse depicting a crowned bust facing. There are double pellet stops between the words of the legend. York mint. CIVITAS EBORACI reverse type depicting a long cross with three pellets in each quarter and a quatrefoil in the centre.
