A post-medieval lead token dating to c AD 1575-1850 (Powell Type 12). The token is complete and is circular but has slight damage to the edge. The token is only decorated on one side with a cross extending to the edges of the token and a chevron in each quarter pointing to the centre and a single line in the centre of each chevron which points towards the centre of the token. The reverse is undecorated. The patina is greyish-white with reddish-brown and lighter beige marks around the raised relief of the decoration.
