A medieval or post medieval lead cloth seal dating to c AD 1500-1700.  The seal is incomplete and only the front subcircular stamped disc, part of the connecting strip and possibly a small part of the rove disc which is adhered to the front disc remains.  The front disc is decorated with a crown and portcullis, although as it has not been stamped very straight, full details of the decoration are not visible.  Dimensions: Length: 17.0mm; width: 12.3mm; thickness: 3.1mm; weight: 2.96. A complete post medieval lead biface token dating to c AD 1500-1800. Powell Type 10, depicting a crude head and neck in relief, facing right, with four oblique lines running diagonally from the back of the head to the edge of the token. A possibly post medieval cast lead biface token dating to c AD 1500 - 1700. These tokens are not closely datable.The obverse has a radiate bust in relief, facing right, which may be copying the head on a Roman radiate coin.  Behind the bust is a raised cross-hatched background.  The obverse is Powell type 10. The reverse is a raised squared geometric pattern in a quartered design of four segments with chevrons radiating out to the edge of the token in each quarter.

A Medieval to Post-Medieval lead alloy token bifacial token, of Powell's type 3/3, probably dating to c. AD 1250-1850. One face is decorated with a cartwheel-like design, with a central pellet. The other face bears the same device, but less well executed. The token has been slightly folded over itself. Diameter 17.2mm; weight 3.14g. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely and could be Medieval or Post Medieval in date.

A post medieval lead token dating to c AD 1500-1700. The disc is slightly concave. On the concave side there are a number of incised line which meet in the middle and a raised pellet to one side. The depiction is similar to the design of Roman leaden tesserae/tokens (Cf Fletcher, E, 2005, Leaden Tokens and Tallies Roman to Victorian, Greenlight Publishing, Witham, p 15 (top left)). The other side depicts a possible standing figure (Cf Fletcher ibid, p 15 (third row on right)).

A post medieval lead token dating to c AD 1500-1700. The token is incomplete and is missing about a third of one side. The fragment comprises a semi-circular edge and a jagged line between. The token is slightly concave. On the concave side, the token is decorated with a geometric pattern of a double tressure of two loops joined by a point between (similar to Rose and Orb jetton). The other side has two concentric raised rings.

A post medieval lead probable cannon ball dating to c AD 1500-1600. The cannon ball is almost spherical with hammered edges making the circumference irregular. There is a small hole 4.28mm in diameter in the cannon ball, it is not clear whether this was the site of casting sprue or where the cannon ball was damaged as there are cracks running away from the hole. It is not clear whether the cannon ball has been fired. The size of the cannon ball suggests it may have been for a Serpentine cannon which had a bore of 1.5 inches (38.6mm) and shot weighing 8 oz (227g). The cannonball weighs…

A post-medieval lead token dating to c AD 1575-1850 (Powell Type 12). The token is complete and is circular but has slight damage to the edge. The token is only decorated on one side with a cross extending to the edges of the token with a chevron in each quarter pointing to the centre. The reverse is undecorated. The patina is greyish-white. The token weighs 3.4g and has a diameter of 15.52mm and a thickness of 2.52mm.
