A Post-Medieval copper-alloy livery button, dating to AD 1820 - 1900. It measures 16.4mm in diameter and is slightly convex with a soldered copper wire loop at the rear. The design on the front is of a bird, probably a thrush, facing left and standing on a snail, with a snail or worm hanging from its mouth. Beneath the snail is a raised rope line and under this there appears to be lettering, possibly a motto. The motif is enclosed within a raised circle. There is evidence of gilding. The back is marked with SUPER FINE [FIRST] QUALITY encircling the loop.

A copper alloy post medieval medal dating to AD 1887. VICTORIA JUBILEE 1887 obverse depicts a crowned bust of Queen Victoria. FRED GRIFFIN MAYOR reverse depicting the coat of arms of Salisbury with a shield suspended from foliage with eight horizontal stripes and a double headed eagle as supporters on either side of the shield. The medal has a hole pierced through the top.

A modern silver plated copper alloy button with the coat of arms of the Berkeley family (Earl and Baron Berkeley and Viscount Dursley) dating to c AD 1800-1900. The button is missing the attachment loop on its back. The front of the button has the coat of arms of the Berkeley family with shield with gules (red) background, a chevron and 10 crosses pattee (6 in chief and 4 in base) with lions rampant supporting the shield and a mitre above. A post medieval to modern copper-alloy anthropomorphic pipe tamper. The main body is cast in the form of a male figure standing with one leg bent and arms akimbo, wearing trousers, jacket, neckerchief and hat, possibly representing a farm labourer. The figure is standing on a circular plinth (12.27mm high) which curves in to a 'waist' and out to form the base of the object. The base is slightly convex and circular, to facilitate pressing tobacco into a pipe. Cf DEV--CDEB13.
