A base sherd of Savernake type grey ware probably dating to the period AD c43-150. The coarseware sherd has inclusions of red-brown iron ore. The sherd is wheel thrown, evidenced by the rings on the interior. The base is flat and is possiblly of type 5. The sherd is uniformly buff coloured with the brown iron ore inclusions visible on the inside. The sherd is 14.48mm in height, 49.78mm in length and 6.48mm thick. It weighs 11.22g.

A rim sherd of south-east Dorset black burnished ware probably dating to the period AD c175-250. The coarseware sherd has inclusions of quartz sand and mica. The sherd is wheel thrown, evidenced by the rings around the rim. The rim has a drop lipped flange and is possibly type 45.1b or 3a. The outside is uniformly dark grey with a slightly lighter grey interior. The sherd is 28.04mm in height, 74.48mm in length and 18.83mm in width across the rim. It weighs 36.15g.
