Copper alloy contemporary copy of a denarius of Severus Alexander (AD 222-235), dating to c. AD 222-228 (Reece Period 11). For type, cf. RIC IV, pt 2, p. 83, no. 165. Obverse depicts Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust seen from rear, right. It reads [IMP C M AVR SEV ALE]XAND AVG. Reverse depicts Pax standing left, holding branch and vertical sceptre and reads [PAX AETE]RN[A] AVG.

Copper alloy nummus of Constantine I (AD 306-337), probably dating AD 310-313. Reece Period 15. Obverse depicts the bust of the emperor facing right. Inscription reads [CON]STANTIN[VS P F AVG]. SOLI INVICTO COMITI reverse, with Sol standing left. The reverse is heavily worn so the mint and the exact reverse type are difficult to determine.

Roman copper alloy finger ring, dating 2nd-3rd century AD. Henig II and Guiraud type II. The ring has an oval band which widens at the bezel. There is an oval recess in which a stone or glass intaglio would have been placed.
This type of ring tends to date to the 2nd or 3rd century in Britain, based on parallels such as SF-DFFF00.

Fragment of copper alloy Roman finger ring, dating to the 3rd century AD. The bezel and part of the band are all that remain. The band is oval in shape and raised above the band. The band flares towards the bezel. The letters SSS are engraved upon the bezel. The ring has a mid green patina.
The ring appears to be of Guiraud's type 3 group. Similar rings with triple S engraved on the bezel have been recorded on the PAS database, cf. FASW-03FF00. This may be a 'Chnoubis amulet', the SSS being sometimes associated with representations of the solar deity Chnoubis on magical gems or occ…

Roman copper alloy keeled finger ring, dating AD150-270. Possibly belonging to Guiraud's type 3g. The band is slender and flat, flaring towards the bezel. There is an undulatin design to the band where the bezel is, which is formed of a roughly diamond shaped nodule. There is an engraved design, which appears to be a cross, engraved on the bezel and further engraved lines on the flared section of the band forming chevrons.

A Roman samian ware rim and body sherd from a mortarium, probably East Gaulish (late 2nd - mid 3rd century). This is a fragment of a Dragendorff Form 45 mortarium with a nearly upright wall and deep collar on the upper wall which has a slight overhang at the junction of the upper and lower walls. An incomplete Iron Age copper alloy pin, dating 500-200 BC. The pin is formed of a disc shaped head on top of a circular sectioned shank that tapers to the point. There is a ridge running around the edge of the head with a decorative rib above and below. On top of the ead is a recess in which a decorative material would have been placed, either enamel or coral, though it is no longer present. A Medieval lead alloy pilgrim souvenir in the form of a candle holder, dating AD 1250-1300. The object has a round base with a flaring body that has three feet spaced evenly around. The feet are in the form of trefoils, resembling lion's paws. In the centre is a cylindrical socket which is pinched at the base. On the reverse there is a recess where the socket is, suggesting it was originally separate. There is some damage to the base and wear around the inscription. A Roman copper alloy radiate of Carausius (AD 286-293). Reece period 14. The coin is damaged around the edge and slightly bent, making it difficult to discern the inscription. Probably L[AE]TETIA reverse, depicting Laetitia standing left holding a wreath in right hand and anchor in left. The coin has no mintmark so cannot be attributed to a mint with certainty. A coin of this type was found in the Little Orme Hoard (no. 138), although no image survives. This coin is included in Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.

A Mesolithic-Neolithic flint core, dating 8000-2200 BC. The flint is a mottled mid grey-brown. The core is rather battered and appears to have been struck from multiple angles. The dorsal side has three pronounced ridges running from the longest edges across the width of the core. This indicates four definite blades removes, with a possible fifth on the edge.
