A medieval copper alloy annular brooch dating to the period c. AD 1200- 1450. The buckle frame is circular, with an internal diameter of 18.57mm. It has a restriction which houses the butt of the pin. The pin is triangular in shape and the tip rests across the frame. Similar examples are discussed in Egan & Pritchard, 1991, p. 161.

An incomplete probable bracelet fragment of probable Iron Age to Roman date (c. 300 BC - AD 410). The fragment measures 20.41mm in length, 10.62mm in width, is 6.99mm thick and weighs 8.08g. The fragment is lenticular in cross-section and is slightly curved. The obverse is decorated by five parallel horizontal ridges. The reverse is undecorated. The fragment terminates in an old break at either end. The copper alloy has a smooth dark green patina. The curvature of the object suggests that the object could potentially be a fragment of a ring or a vessel handle.

A copper alloy unidentified object of possible Roman (AD43- 410) date. The object tapers and is rounded at one end, it is heavily damaged in a number of places. The rounded end has a breakage but would have originally had a D shaped perforation, part of which is still visible. The object has a greenish patina and is heavily pitted. An incomplete medieval copper alloy two-part harness pendant dating to the period c. AD 1200 - 1400. Only the central sexfoil swinger now remains. The swinger has an offset perforated suspension loop at the top of a long, irregularly shaped neck. The loop retains the remains of a corroded iron axis bar. The body of the swinger is sexfoil, with a central reserve pellet surrounded by six triangular recesses, separated by reserves. The recesses retain traces of enamel in alternating black and red.

A Roman ceramic vessel sherd dating to the period c. AD 260 - 410. The sherd is a base sherd, probably from a beaker. The fabric is grey brown and has been sandwich fired with bands of reduced grey and oxidised red running through the sherd visible at an old break. The fabric has abundant sand temper, with occasional mica incusions. The form and fabric suggest that the sherd may be a New Forest greyware, however, Fulford (1975, p. 85) notes the difficulty of distinguishing New Forest greyware from those of other kilns.

An incomplete Roman copper alloy finger ring dating to the period c. AD 43 - 410. The ring consists of a flat oval bezel with a worn insciption which now reads [...]NT. The shoulders taper in width from either side of the bezel and terminate in old breaks. The finger ring measures 25.06mm in diameter (internal diameter 22.04mm), 11.84mm maximum width, 2.08mm minimum width, is 2.88mm thick and weighs 3.71g.

An incomplete cast copper alloy trumpet brooch dating to the period c. AD 75 - 175. Only the head and the upper part of the bow remains. The flared trumpet head is broadly ovular. The reverse of the head exhibits rolled tubular wings divided by a pin slot. The pin is missing. The head narrows back into the bow which terminates in an old break. The bow is broadly circular in section. The brooch measures 25.55mm in length, 19.33mm maximum width, 3.45mm minimum width, 8.25mm maximum thickness, 5.62mm minimum thickness. It weighs 7.51g.

The collar is irregularly shpaed and has been rolled over and pinched to form an irregular triangular cross-section. The neck of the bottle exhibits a series of diagonal striations in the glass which would have been caused during the manufacturing process. A copper alloy stud with circular slightly convex head, with a shank extending from the apex of which 14.75mm survives. The stud is of probable Roman (AD 43 - 410) date. The shank is square in cross section beneath the head (3.9x3.81mm) and thins to the break point (1.95x2.05mm). The head is slightly damaged, with a crack running across it and a nick in one side. Similar large spherical headed studs or nails are recorded in Crummy (1981:115, no.2995). Crummy suggests these were used on furniture and are Roman in date. Cf.
