Incomplete flint Neolithic polished axehead. The axehead can be classified as a Butler and Holgate Type C thick-butted axehead with faceted sides. It has been extensively ground and polished across all faces, removing most of the original flake scars. The blade end is missing due to old damage. The edge has been crushed and there is evidence of deliberate flake removal. It exhibits a series of five parallel negative flkae scars from previous flake removal. There is short, abrput, sub-parallel retouch runnign along one mesal edge. The striking platform is wide and lenticular. The ventral surface has a low, diffuse bulb of percussion and conchoidal ripple marks. The flint is a glossy dark grey in colour.
The scraper measures 19.62mm in length, 19.75mm in width, is 7.51mm thick and weighs 2.89g.

It exhibits three parallel negative flake scars from previous flake removal. It has a small striking platofrom with a low, diffuse bulb of percussion on the ventral surface and a bulbar scar. The flint is coarse grainedand grey in colour, with occasional off-white inclusions.
The piece measures 42.56mm in length, 16.79mm maximum width, 5.28mm minimum width, is 4.75mm thick and weighs 3.95g.

A flint Neolithic or Early Bronze Age lithic implement dating to the period c. 3000 - 1600 BC. The piece is struck off a secondary flake, with c. 40% cortex remaining on the dorsal face along one mesal edge. On the opposite mesal edge there is short, scaled semi-abrupt retouch running from the tip of the distal end to the proximal end, although there is some edge damage. On the ventral face the striking platform and bulb of percussion are missing. Conchoidal ripple marks are present. The flint is a mottled semi-tranlucent buff and grey.

Two flint cores of probable Mesolithc to Neolithic date (c. 6000 - 3500 BC).
1. The core exhibits at least four striking platforms and exhibits at least 13 negative flake scars from previous blade and flake removal. The flint is a dark semi-translucent grey colour, with some cloudy repatination and iron staining.
It measures 31.81mm in length, 38.86mm in width, is 24.91mm thick and weighs 42.46g.
2. A fragment of a second core was found at a later date. It is one side of a possibly conical core, the other side and platform are damaged with at least 50% probably missing. Again…
