An incomplete post medieval lead alloy cloth seal from the German city of Augsburg for linen and cotton fabric known as "Ousbrow or Augusta fustians" (Elton (2017) p296). One side has a stylistic, lower case letter ‘a’ within a beaded border. The reverse has a pine cone, the heraldic badge of Augsburg. Circa 16th to early 17th century.

An incomplete post Medieval lead-tin alloy cast discoidal button. The face is convex with a narrow flange around the edge and is decorated with a raised octofoil design of a flower, with a central pellet and ring surrounded by eight long oval petals. The reverse is slightly concave with a pronounced rim around the edge. There is a mould line runnning from edge to edge and in the centre a sub-oval-section stub, probably an incomplete integral looped shank. Diameter: 17.8mm (max). Thickness (including shank stub): 8.1mm. Weight: 4.86g.

A lead alloy or high lead content alloy contemporary copy of a radiate coin ('barbarous radiate'), copying a coin of Tetricus I (AD 271-274). Probably dating to c. AD 275-285 (Reece Period 14). Uncertain reverse type, depicting a figure standing left. Mint unclear. Diameter: 18.6mm (max). Weight: 2.30g. A number of lead or lead-alloy copies of radiate coins have been recorded on the PAS Database, for example BM-C33C4D.

A fragment of a Post Medieval lead alloy alnage seal depicting St George slaying a dragon, with the alnage subsidy for the cloth of 1 and 1/2 pence indicated around the figure, all within a beaded border. The stub of the connecting strip obscures part of the obverse face. The reverse is blank. Circa early 18th century and probably from the reign of Queen Anne. Diameter: 15.4 mm. Thickness: 0.7mm. (excluding connecting strip). Weight: 1.33g.

A Medieval cast lead alloy vesica shaped seal matrix with an off-white patina, dating to the 13th century. The reverse is undecorated and has a central raised ridge with a lug at the top, which has been flattened to one side. The die face has a fleur-de-lis surrounded by the inscription, which starts with a cross pattée and reads: S'MATILD.MARCh, which may be read as Sigillum (Personal seal) of Matild(a) of March. Length: 32.2mm. Width: 24.3mm. Thickness (excluding rib/suspension loop): 2.2mm. Weight: 12.26g.
