Voided long-cross coin of Henry III, 1251-72, Class 5a3, North no. 991/3. OBVERSE: Crown has a central element composed of three pellets attatched to the main band by lines, and at each end is a half-fleur. The Eyes are round with a central circular pellet within them, and the hair consists of two curls on either side of the face, each with a central pellet. The portrait includes a hand with sceptre dividing the obverse legend of HENRICVS REX/III REVERSE: A voided long-cross divides the central field into 4 segments, each segment contains three pellets. The legend reads RIC/ARD/ON L/VND

Copper-alloy disc-on-pin brooch of Medieval date, c. 1300-1500. The brooch has a simple circular or annular frame, circular in section, with a largely complete decorated pin. The pin has a backward bent strip forming the simple looped hinge and a pointed tip, both of which are rectangular in section. The body of the pin, however, is a large lozengiform plate or disc decorated with five studs. The studs are mushroom-shaped in section and have been riveted onto the plate. A cast copper-alloy heraldric harness pendant of Medieval date. The pendant is shield-shape with an incomplete suspension loop at the top of a shank emerging out of the centre of the upper edge. The surface of the pendant is decorated with a coat of arms, of which three enamelled cells are situated above and below a broad horizontal band with a vertical band separating each of the cells. The colour of the enemell is uncertain, but is probably white or yellow. The copper-alloy is very corroded and worn.

Silver coin medal of Charles I, celebrating his Scottish coronation in 1633. Obverse shows the bust (left) of Charles 1 and the reverse depicts the thistle of scotland. This coin was comissioned to Nicholas Briot, a skilled coiner, and was produced in a screw press. These silver examples were thrown into the crown at the coronation ceremony.

Copper-alloy decorated hawking whistle with a zoomorphic projection from the whistle body, which has the appearance of a bird. Features of a beak are visible on the curving terminal with the incised eyes surrounded by a repeated incised pattern indicating feathers. The handle at a right angle to the body of the whistle. Parallels found on: http://whistlemuseum.com/2009/08/13/antique-bronze-whistle-england-medieval-period-.aspx This site attributes the style to the medieval period, however the metalwork and production appear to be consistent with a post-medieval style.

A cast copper-alloy trade weight of the reign of Queen Anne, 1702-1714. The weight is discoidal with a raised outer rim on the upper face and a shallow circular depression in the centre of the underside face. The upper face has four marks: a crowned A at 11 o'clock; a sword at 1 o'clock; a lombardic A at 3 o'clock; and an 8 with a pellet at 6 o'clock. The object is slightly less than 4 oz/.25 lbs in weight.
