A modern reproduction of a double patard of Charles the Bold, Duke of Burgandy. The model would have dated from circa 1467-1474. The original obverse would have shown the Arms of Burgandy and the legend KAROLVS DEI GRA DVX BVRG CO FLA. The original reverse would have comprised of a arcuate cross fleurry with a mint mark at the centre and the legend SIT nOmEN DOmINI BENEDICTVm. An example of the original is recorded under reference LVPL-674702. The reproduction is complete and comprises of a copper alloy flan which has been silvered. A cast copper alloy knife or sword fitting of probable 11th century date. The fitting is broadly formed from a circular hoop with a cross projecting from one edge of the hoop and a sub-square form projecting for the opposing edge of the hoop. Both projections are integrally cast. The hoop is decorated with an incised line around the base. The hoop is approximately 2.3mm thick and the maximum width of the band is 5.48mm. An incomplete cast copper alloy, double-looped trapezoidal buckle dating to the Post Medieval period, circa AD1600-1800. Only 60% of the frame and a fragment of the pin survives. The damage is not new. The pin is a copper alloy band which is wrapped around the frame bar. The length of the pin is 8.22mm long. There is no decoration on the frame. Length: 22.64mm. An incomplete Post-Medieval copper-alloy spherical 'crotal' bell, circa 1650-1850. Just under 50% of the bell survives. The bell has a central horizontal casting seam. The upper hemisphere is plain. The lower hemisphere has the remains of an originally circular sound hole along the break. The lower part of the bell has a simple decoration of incised lines forming a cross with circles radiating out around the cross. The maximum diameter (around the casting seam) is 34.03mm. The height of the bell is 29.34mm. The weight is 23.6g but this includes compacted soil on the inside of the bell.

An incomplete Polen Hill copper alloy sprung bow brooch dating to the Roman period, dating circa AD75-175. The bow is slightly cracked and bent, the pin and some of the catchplate are missing.
