A worked / knapped flint side and end scraper of Neolithic date, 2350 - 800BC. The scraper has retouch which cuts through the patination indicating that it was re-used at a later date, possibly in the Early Bronze Age period. The flint is sub oval in plan and irregular in section. The scraper was probably formed from debitage. Cortex is present indicating that the flint is from the secondary phase of working of the core.
