A complete cast copper alloy belt mount of Medieval date, circa AD1300-1600. The belt mount has a domed centre section which is flanked by a smaller domes on either side with a rounded knop at the top. The reverse of the belt mount is flat with two integrally cast attachement spikes. The front of the belt mount has a patch of green residue suggesting that the front of the mount was originally decorated. There is a small collar between the centre dome and one of the outside domes.
