A complete cast copper alloy finger ring dating to the Post Medieval period, circa 1600-1800. The ring is contorted with worn surfaces as a result of movement in the plough soil. The finger ring is a plain band with a rectangular cross section. The surfaces of the ring have an uneven light / mid green patination. Maximum diameter: 21.35mm. Width: 2.35mm. Thickness: 0.88mm. A complete copper alloy finger ring of Medieval to Post Medieval date, circa AD1400-1700. The ring is slightly contorted and the surfaces are heavily abraded. The ring is a even band with a sub rectangular section. The remains of a floral moulded decoration survives on the outside of the ring, but it is indiscernible due to wear. The surface of the ring is rough with a mid green patina. Diameter: 23.08mm. Thickness: 1.66mm. Weight: 2.8g.

The finger ring is broadly formed from a circular hoop with a sub triangular form projecting from one edge. The projection leans back at an angle. A complete cast copper alloy finger ring of probable Modern date, circa AD1800-1900. The copper alloy has a high tin content. The ring is in good condition, retaining its original form. A small residue on the inside of the ring suggests that it was originally silvered and both the inside and outside surfaces have areas of brown corrosion. A complete hand made twisted copper wire finger ring of probable Modern date, circa AD1800-1900. The ring is in fair condition although it is slightly contorted probably due to movement in the plough soil. The ring is formed of two copper wires of equal size that have been tightly twisted. The ends have been soldered together. The ring has a light yellow/orange colour and a shiny surface. Tarnish is present in the grooves of the twists. The ring has a maximum external diameter of 19.21 and a thickness of 1.31mm. It weighs 0.6g.

Fragment of a gold finger ring with dark blue irregular-shaped setting which is possibly a sapphire. The majority of the hoop is missing and one of the remaining arms of the hoop is twisted and bent. The damage is not new. The hoop comprises of a simple, undecorated gold wire which is soldered to the underside of the bezel with a lap joint. The surviving wire is lozenge-shaped in cross section. A gold finger ring, dating to the Roman period. The hoop has a hollow construction and is complete and undistorted. The outside of the hoop is convex and undecorated. A complete medieval finger ring made of cast silver with evidence of gilding. This is a 'stirrup-shaped' ring with a slender hoop with stepped shoulders rising to a roundly pointed bezel. A red sub rectangular setting is present. The hoop is flat on the inside with cast decoration across the entire outside of the hoop in a 'branching' design.
