A complete cast lead alloy spindle whorl of probable late Medieval to early Post Medieval date, circa AD1400-1700. The spindle whorl is worn. The whorl is circular in plan view and bi-convex in section with a central circular perforation. Both faces of the whorl are decorated with a moulded raised line and pellet design.
