The scraper has retouch which cuts through the patination indicating that it was re-used at a later date, possibly in the Early Bronze Age period. The flint is sub oval in plan and irregular in section. The scraper was probably formed from debitage. Cortex is present indicating that the flint is from the secondary phase of working of the core. An incomplete cast lead alloy personal, flat-backed seal matrix dating to the Medieval Period, circa AD1200-1300. The seal matrix would have originally been sub-oval in plan. A ragged break is now present to one side of the seal matrix. The break is not new. The upper face of the seal matrix is undecorated. An integrally cast lug is present near the perimeter of the matrix which is set on a moulded central rib on the longitudinal axis of the reverse. A cast copper alloy fragment probably from a stacking weight of Post Medieval date, circa AD1600-1800. The fragment would have been part of a set of circular weights which would have stacked inside each other. The fragment was broken in antiquity. The surfaces of the fragment are heavily worn due to movement in the plough soil. Part of a thickened, raised circular edge survives. A complete probable cast lead alloy hollow standing weight of uncertain date, but probably Post Medieval, circa AD1600-1800. However, another possible identification is a protective cap for a peg or other similar object. The weight is sub-cylindrical in form, with a round, flat base. Parallel sides rise from the base, which are slightly lob-sided. The rim would have originally been sub circular but is now slightly contorted. The damage is not new. A knapped, struck flint flake probably dating from the Late Neolithic to the Early Bronze Age periods, circa 3500BC - 1500BC. This is a tertiary flake as no cortex survives. In plan, the flake is sub oval with one straight edge. The section is roughly lentoid. The flint is fine grained, with a an uneven light brown / light blue-grey patina. The surfaces of the flint are shiny. The ventral surface is smooth with a bulb of percussion and concoidal ripples clearly visible. The dorsal face has 1 central ridge.
