A complete lead alloy weight, possibly of Medieval date. The object is circular in plan with a central, circular perforation. One face is flat and the other is curved which creates a D-shaped section. There is no evidence for decoration on either side. Weights of this type are in use from the Roman period to the Post Medieval period which makes it difficult to assign a narrower date range.
