A complete copper alloy buckle with forked spacer plate dating to the period AD 1330 to 1400. The buckle has a pointed loop and a forked spacer with the plate still in place. The pin is still present. There are similar examples in Egan and Pritchard (1991: 78-9) which have been dated to the period AD 1330 to 1400.

A copper alloy buckle dating to the medieval period, c. AD 1350 to 1450. The buckle is D-shaped in plan with a pointed loop and a small pin rest on the point. The pin bar is narrow and offset from the rest of the buckle frame. The pin is missing and there is no buckle plate. A similar example is listed in Egan and Pritchard (1991: 70) number 279. This buckle came from an excavated context which dated to between AD 1350 and 1400. Marshall (1986) lists buckles of this type as Medieval class IH and dates them to between AD 1350 and 1450.

A very worn and fragmented copper alloy jetton of the Rose and Orb type dating to the period AD 1562 to 1635. The obverse depicts three lis arranged in a circle and alternating with three crowns. The reverse depicts an imperial orb surmounted by a cross within a tressure of arches. This "rose and orb" type is typically from the mints at Nuremburg.

A copper alloy buckle frame dating to the post medieval period, c. 1660 to 1720. The buckle is oval in plan with no decoration on the frame. There are two small holes which is where the spindle would have sat. Marshall (1986: 17 - 18) records similar examples as type V and suggests that they were used on shoes or to secure breeches below the knee.

A copper alloy double looped buckle frame dating to the early post-medieval period, c. 1600 to 1700. The object has two loops and is asymmetric, one loop is D-shaped and the other loop is sub-rectangular. This is a Marshall (1986: 15-16) type IIB and were multi-functional with larger versions used for belts and smaller examples, such as this one, used for buckling spurs to boots.

A copper alloy guard from a quillon dagger dating to the medieval period, c. 1200 to 1400. The guard has a horizontal set of arms with an oval centre which itself has a sub-rectangular hole through. Projecting from the central oval, at ninety degrees to the arms, is another arm which flattens and widens to terminate in a scallop shape. There are several similar objects on the PAS database including BH-DAC185 and WMID-95DEB5.
