A cast copper-alloy Colchester two-piece brooch of the mid 1st century. The brooch is largely complete, missing the lower half of the pin and most of the catchplate. The arms are circular in section with moulded rib decoration on their face. The bow tapers from the head to the foot, with is discoidal with a double collar.

A cast copper-alloy buckle of the 14th-15th century. The buckle has a circular double-frame with a plate attached to the crossbar of the frame. The pin is missing. The D-shaped in section. The plate is formed from a sheet of copper alloy folded back on itself with rounded ends. A rivet emerges out of the centre of the backplate. This type of buckle may have been used for spur-straps.

An incomplete silver gilt two piece eyelet of early post-medieval date. The circular front plate has a twisted wire creating an outer border. There are five filigree annulets surrounding a central, raised, circular knop creating a cinquefoil. The back of the plate is flat and has a separate wire hook soldered to it. The wire is bent in the middle to create a main loop which projects beyond the plate. Only one running end remains and this loops back on itself to create a circle. A fragment of a Roman copper alloy Dragonesque brooch dating to the period AD 75 to 175. The top part of an S-shaped brooch which has spaces for enamelling along the body. There is still evidence for green-blue enamel in two of the cells along the body and also some red enamel in similar places and also in the circular space for the nose. A very worn long cross halfpenny of an Edward, unknown class. The obverse depicts a forward facing, crowned bust although most of the detail of the face and drapery has been worn away. There are three pellets to the right of the neck. Much of the legend has been worn away from the edges. Obverse legend: EDW... The reverse depicts a long cross with three pellets in each quarter. There is an diamond covering the centre of the long cross with two projections. The reverse is very worn and only the base of some of the letters are visible.

The lunula is in two parts and nearly complete, only missing one of the circular terminals. The object is made of gold and so the precious metal content is more than 10%. The lunula is semi-circular in plan although both parts have been folded. There is one part which does not have a terminal and it is this section which is less folded making the semi-circular shape more obvious.
