A complete and very worn silver penny of Edward III, 1327-1377.
The obverse depicts a forward facing crowned bust. The legend reads EDWARDVS.REX....
The reverse depicts a long cross with three pellets in each quarter although the coin appears to have struck badly as there are more pellets in some quarters. There may also be a quatrefoil in the centre although due to the coin being struck badly it is hard to tell. The legend reads CIVI/TAS/EBO/RACI.

A very worn long cross penny of unknown king, minted at York.
The obverse depicts a forward facing crowned bust although further details and the legend have worn away.
The reverse depicts a long cross with a trefoil in each quarter and a quatrefoil in the centre. The legend has worn away but the central quatrefoil is indicative of the York mint.

An incomplete long cross penny of Richard II dating 1377-1399, minted at York.
The obverse depicts a forward facing bust with a bifoliate crown. There is substantial wear across the face of the bust and much of the inscription has also worn away although it is possible to discern RIC... in the legend.
The reverse is of the long cross type with three pellets in each quarter. There is a voided quatrefoil in the centre of the long cross with pellet in the centre. The legend reads ...TAS/EBOR/A.. as the rest of it has been worn away.
