Much of the legend has worn away but it is possible to discern the letters EDWAR at the start. The reverse depicts a long cross with three pellets in each quarter. There are two legends on the reverse, the outer one reads POSVI//DEVM A/DIVTORE/MEVM and the inner legend reads CIVI/TAS/LON/DON. On the reverse it is also possible to see a sun initial mark.
