The object is possibly an Anglo-Scandinavian gaming piece and similar objects have been recorded on the PAS database, see for example NCL-6F7823, NCL-7C3F94 and LEIC-07629A.

A complete lead spindle whorl of uncertain date but probably from the Roman to the Post medieval period, c. AD 43 to 1650. The object is circular in plan with a circular hole through the middle. The object has a maximum diameter of 28.70 mm and the diameter of the hole is 9.00 mm. The object is 8.83 mm thick. The obejct is broadly D-shaped in section however one side is slightly flatter. The object is undecorated. There are similar objects recorded on the PAS database, see for example WMID-B1EBB6.

A lead ampulla dating to the medieval period, c. AD 1300 to 1550. The ampulla is flask shaped with the remains of two suspension loops visible at the sides. The object has been flattened and bent slight so that it is now concave. There is no decoration on the object which makes connecting it to a specific shrine difficult however ampullae were first introduced in the 12th century as a way of collecting holy water and so were popular among pilgrims. There are many recorded on the PAS database, see BERK-A04ADC for a more complete example.

A complete lead spindle whorl dating to the medieval period, c. AD 1200 to 1500. The object is circular in plan with a diameter of 27.62 mm. There is a circular hole through the middle of the object for suspension and the spindle whorl is biconvex in section. On one side there is unclear decoration in the form of lines radiating outwards. The other side has lost some of its patina and so the decoration along with it.

A complete lead seal matrix dating to the medieval period, c. AD 1200 to 1400. The object has a circular face with a crudely inscribed cross with small lines in between the four arms. There is no attempt at a legend. The handle is also very crude and initially tapers away from the matrix before widening towards the end. There is a small circular hole through the handle, presumably for suspension. There are objects with similar matrices recorded on the PAS database, for example see LON-B86F23 and KENT-D5F071 although both of these have some attempt at a legend.

A lead uniface token dating to the period AD 1250 to 1800. The object is sub-circular in plan and decorated on one side with a long cross motif which is fairly common on tokens at this time. This could be intended to be similar to medieval coins. The other side is irregular. Lead tokens are difficult to date precisely and could be Medieval to Post Medieval in date (1250-1800 AD). The majority of lead tokens are thought to date to the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, c. 1600-1800 as increasing numbers of dated tokens are found.

The other side of the token has an irregular pitted surface. A similar motif has been noted on another find reported to the PAS, see record LON-1F1644. Lead tokens are difficult to date precisely and could be Medieval to Post Medieval in date (1250-1800 AD). The majority of lead tokens are thought to date to the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, c. 1600-1800 as increasing numbers of dated tokens are found.
