A cast copper-alloy buckle of the 14th-15th century. The buckle has a circular double-frame with a plate attached to the crossbar of the frame. The pin is missing. The D-shaped in section. The plate is formed from a sheet of copper alloy folded back on itself with rounded ends. A rivet emerges out of the centre of the backplate. This type of buckle may have been used for spur-straps.

A cast copper-alloy unidentified mount of probable Iron Age to Roman date. The object is incomplete, with a discoidal base and a hollow sub-circular projection with an abraded break. The outside of the projection is slightly ridged. Emerging from the underside of the base is an incomplete iron shank of rectangular section. In appearance, the mount is superficially similar to a terret with a collared base, but it is definitely not a terret. The closest parallel that could be found was a linch pin, and this object may be an incomplete terminal though the identification is not confid…
