The obverse depicts a forward facing, crowned bust. Standard bust type C. The legend is largely illegible but it is possible to read H at the start and A at the end. The reverse depicts a cross and crosslets with a cross saltire in the centre. The legend is illegible.

The reverse depicts a cross potent with a smaller cross potent in each quarter. There is a small saltire cross in the centre. The legend has been completely worn away.

The reverse depicts a voided short cross with a quartrefoil in each quarter. Much of the legend has been obscured however it is possible to discern the letter OW after a cross pattee initial mark. This suggests the moneyer was Owein of Oxford.
