A complete silver penny of Henry II of the Tealby type dating to the period AD 1161 to 1165. North Number 956. The obverse depicts a forward facing, crowned bust. Standard bust type C. The legend is largely illegible but it is possible to read H at the start and A at the end. The reverse depicts a cross and crosslets with a cross saltire in the centre. The legend is illegible.
