A lead token probably dating to the post medieval period, c. 1600 to 1750.
The object is circular in plan with a slightly raised border on both sides. On one side there is a possible anchor and on the other there is an unclear cross shape or quatrefoil.

A lead alloy pierced token dating to the post medieval period.
It is possible to discern the letters I//GLU on the obverse and on the reverse there is a dot in a circle. The pireced hole is sub-circular and has very irregular edges. Crude tokens such as this one are known from excavations in London and date from the 16th century.
