A silver scabbard chape of probable Medieval date, AD 1350 - 1500, but it could also be Post medieval and a date range of AD 1300 - 1650 possible. The chape is narrow and tapering towards the pointed closed end. It is a rounded rectangle in cross-section and tapers to a blunt point. There is no visible seam or joint, nor is there any decoration. The top edge is irregular and is probably a break. This would explain why there are no visible rivet holes or other form of attachment. A gold penannular ring made from three strands of wire, and probably dating from the Middle to Late Bronze Age. The strands of wire are stacked on top of each other to produce a ribbed effect. The wires are all of 1.7mm diameter and are almost circular in cross-section. A cast copper-alloy Iron Age linch pin terminal, which is the foot of the pin. The socketed part of the foot is broken, leaving only a shallow concave area. This would have extended into a larger socket which would have held the iron pin, which has long since corroded away. The exterior of the socket tapers to the terminal, where it curves forward and expands into a flat circular plate. A complete but bent silver bodkin dating from AD 1600 - 1700. It is inscribed with the initials E W in upper care, Roman style, seriffed letters positioned about half way along. A large part of a copper alloy studded terret dating from the Iron Age. The hoop is circular in section and tapers towards the top. At the base is a disc shaped stop and then some iron corrosion; the remains of the iron bar which is now missing. The terret is decorated with circular settings on the outer edge of the hoop. There were probably originally three of these; part of one at the top, and one on the surviving side are still extant. These settings are concave and were probably filled with enamel. This decoration makes it a platform decorated terret, dating from the 1st century AD

The bezel has three large circular setting containing clear multi-faceted stones, with four smaller circular settings in the angles between the larger ones. Two of these retain their stones.
