There is a right facing bust on the obverse, and a standing draped figure on the reverse, with S C across the field and an altar in the left field as viewed. A silver Roman coin; a denarius of Hadrian (117 - 138), second consulship (118 - 119). The coin is in excellent condition and is hardly worn, though it has a few chips in the edge of the flan. Pax is shown on the reverse. The coin has a diameter of 19.5mm. The coin is sealed in a coin envelope so it's thickness and weight cannot be ascertained. For reference see Roman Imperial Coinage Volume II, number 44a.

It is probably minted at Rome, in AD 125-8 and could be RIC II, p. 361, no. 183. Compare YORYM-F1DFD3. The coin has a diameter of 18.3mm and is 2.1mm thick. It weighs 3.13g.
