Probably VIRTVS ROMANORVM reverse type depicting Roma seated left on cuirass holding spear and Victory on globe. Mint of Milan (cf RIC X 1228). The coin is markedly clipped, so much of the legend is missing. Dimensions are 12.5mm diameter, thickness 0.5mm and weight 1.89g.
