A partially flattened and incomplete silver thimble dating from AD 1620 - 1700. The longitudinal seam has split open and the thimble is badly squashed. The top (assuming it had one) is missing. A separate piece of silver wire is applied to the base to thicken the rim. This has partially separated from the thimble. There is short, semi-abrupt, scaled retouch on all sides, some from the ventral and some from the dorsal face.  Measurements are; length 45.1mm, width 33.0mm, thickness 9.4mm and weight 17.32g.

A flint scraper formed on a large blade of opaque black flint of uncertain date, 9000 BC - 1000 BC or perhaps, a blank for producing Post Medieval gun flints dating from AD 1600 - 1900. It is a tertiary hard hammer blade with a double dorsal ridge. All four edges are retouched with short, abrupt, scaled removals forming a rectangular scraper. Measurements are; length 61.7mm, width 41.1mm, thickness 10.7mm and weight 33.46g. The form is similar to Post Medieval gunflints, but much larger. A fragment of a copper alloy artefact, possibly the hooked terminal of a Roman bracelet dating from AD 250 - 400, but it is too fragmentary to be sure. It is a rectangular strip of copper alloy which is 1.9mm thick. One end is broken and the other end tapers to a sharp point. the tapering end is also bent into an S shape. There is no decoration. It is 20.8mm long, 8.9mm wide and 5.5mm thick. it weighs 2.3g. Compare bracelets with hooked terminals in Crummy (1983), page 42.

A silver scabbard chape of probable Medieval date, AD 1350 - 1500, but it could also be Post medieval and a date range of AD 1300 - 1650 possible. The chape is narrow and tapering towards the pointed closed end. It is a rounded rectangle in cross-section and tapers to a blunt point. There is no visible seam or joint, nor is there any decoration. The top edge is irregular and is probably a break. This would explain why there are no visible rivet holes or other form of attachment. A copper alloy Early medieval pin of which only the head survives, dating from AD 700 -900. The pin is 29mm long and 9.1mm in diameter. The head is poly -faceted and each facet is decorated with a raised annulet. The head is basically globular and tapers into the shaft with a slight collar. The shaft is circular in section but hardly any survives. The break is patinated. The pin has a brown patina with some areas of corrosion. An incomplete copper alloy Post Medieval finger ring, probably dating from AD 1700 - 1800. The ring has a rectangular bezel, wider across the hoop than along it, which is an empty setting for a gem or intaglio. The border is beaded. The shoullders are wide and decorated with two flowers in counterrelief flanking a quatrefoil on each shoulder. There are notches in the sides of the shoulders where they narrow to the hoop, with a scallop design on the hoop terminals. The hoop is D shaped in cross-section. There are no maker's marks. An incomplete copper alloy Medieval buckle and plate dating from about AD 1250 - 1500. The single D shaped loop is plain and the bar is not recessed nor offset. The outer edge is the same thickness as the bar. The frame is bevelled on both faces. The pin is missing, but the sheet plate survives. It is folded across its width round the bar and has a slot for the pin. The attachment end is rounded and has a single central copper alloy rivet. Compare Whitehead (2003) number 46 and 47 on page 18). The buckle is 26.7mm long, 19.7mm wide, 3.3mm thick and weighs 2.11g.

A copper alloy Medieval strap end made from two sheets of metal, dating from about AD 1200 - 1400. It is long and rectangular in plan, tapering slightly to the closed end which has a fleur shaped terminal. There is a copper alloy rivet at each end, flush with the plates. The strap end is badly bent. In it's current bent condition the object is 42.1mm long, 9.5mm wide, 25.1mm thick and weighs 6.61g.

One face is marked with raised letters: PESTI / (V)ICTORIA / [GÖZM]ALOM  and on the other is an 8 in triangle of wheat ears, M [T] on sides. A copper alloy fragment, probably of a Post Medieval buckle dating from AD 1500 - 1900. Only half of the outer edge survives. It is unclear whether the buckle is single looped or double looped. There is a knop at the end of the missing bar, and the loop is a rounded rectangular one. The outer edge is embellished with a panel of interlace decoration. There is a large projecting grooved pin rest surmounted by a chunky knop which is possibly intended to be zoomorphic with a groove along the outer edge representing a mouth, and notches on the upper face hinting at eyes and ears. …
