Two copper alloy hooks of uncertain date and function. Both hooks are made from copper alloy wire of circular section measuring 1.9mm diameter. One end of the wire is bent into a closed sub-circular loop. The other end is bent at a 45 degree angle. The end of the complete example is flattened and widened. The other example is broken just beyond the angle. Both hooks have traces of a white metal layer. The bare metal has a red brown patina. A possible awl made from copper alloy and now bent into a U shape. One end is circular in section and tapers to a point. The centre of the shaft is still circular in section but thicker at a maximum, 3.2mm diameter. The other end of the object tapers to a rectangular sectioned wedge. The whole tool is only about 45mm long (if straightened), making it highly likely that it was hafted, one end being a tang. The metal has a thin light brown patina. Compare SF6808. A flint scraper of either Mesolithic or Neolithic date, about 9000 BC - 2200 BC. It is formed on a patinated yellow grey secondary flake with cortex on the dorsal face. It is sub-recatangular in plan and rectagular in cross-section. The right side is a previous removal. The distal end has long, abrupt, parallel retouch forming a scraping edge. A fragment possibly of an Early Neolithic to Early Bronze Age chert arrowhead, dating from about 4000 BC - 1000 BC. Both the tip and base of the possible arrowhead are missing, snapped off. It is formed from a red coloured chert which is opaque. It is a truncated triangle in plan and pointed oval in cross-section. Both faces are covered with covering, scalar, shallow angle retouch. The form of the arrowhead cannot be dertermined from the surviving fragment. It is 14.2mm long, 18.3mm wide and 2.3mm thick. 0.32g.
