A flint retouched flake of Mesolithic to Neolithic date, about 9000 BC - 2200 BC. It is formed on a secondary flake of mottled light grey flint with cortex on most of the dorsal face. It is oval, with a few removals on the dorsal face. There is some platform preparation, and the right edge is retouched from the ventral face with short, sub-parallel, low-angle removals seemingly to form a cutting edge or knife. A long blade was also removed along the right side on the dorsal face, to make the utilised edge thinner. It is 26.2mm long, 18mm wide and 4.2mm thick. 2.3g.
