A copper alloy Roman coin; a nummus of Constantine (307 – 337) minted in London in 307 – 310. It has a diameter of c.26mm and is c.1.5mm thick. The coin is a Marti Patri Propvg type showing Mars on the reverse. For reference see Roman Imperial Coinage Volume VI, page 132, London mint, number 109.
This coin has been recorded from a photograph and details kindly supplied by the finder.
