A copper alloy Roman coin; a nummus possibly of Constantine I (AD 307 - 337), dating from AD 318 - 320 (Reece period 16). Probably VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP reverse type, depicting two Victories standing holding a wreath with an altar between them. Mint unknown. Compare RIC 53 or 213 for example, for a similar obverse bust. The coin is 16.9mm diameter, 2.4mm thick and 2.49g. Concretion on the reverse makes the design and legend difficult to see.

The coin is in fine condition, but is rather corroded. It has a diameter of 17.1mm and is 1.7mm thick. It weighs 2.2g. The mint mark is illegible.
