This is probably a 'Coin of British Association' as listed by D. Walker in his report on the Sacred Springs at Bath (Walker, 1988: pp. 295, 299, nos. 382-435, pl. XXXVIII). It is 23.5mm diameter, 2.6mm thick and 5g.

The coin is 24.2mm diameter, 3.55mm thick, and 8g in weight.
