A fragment probably from the rim of a copper alloy vessel, probably of Medieval to post-Medieval date, about AD 1100 - 1900. It could also be from the rim of a bell. It is a fragment of vessel wall about 2mm thick, with a rim that is thickened on the inner face. Three wall sherds of Medieval ceramic vessels. The fabric is light grey and pimply. It is hard and regular with large angular quartz and grit inclusions. The sherds have a mottled brown and purple glaze on the outer face and splashes of glaze on the inside of two sherds; purple on one sherd and clear on the other. The glaze on the third sherd is overfired and crystalised.

A Post Medieval black ware ceramic vessel dating from the 16th or 17th century. It is a fragment of the rim of a shallow dish. The rim is out-turned and thickened. The fabric is hard and fine in texture. It is pale orange in the core with a darker orange slip on the surface. There are irregular large white inclusions, probably pellets of clay. There is a rich dark brown glaze surviving on the rim and the inner face of the vessel. The vessel probably had a rim diameter of about 28cm.

A wall sherd from a Medieval ceramic vessel. It is hard and light grey with a dark buff inner face. There are poorly sorted quartz and grey inclusions. The outer face is pimply and has an iron rich green glaze with brown freckles. Ther are shallow grooves round the vessel as decoration.

A base sherd of a Post Medieval ceramic vessel. It is a black ware probably dating from the 16th or 17th century. The fabric is dark grey and very hard with occasional white inclusions. The outer face of the wall is glazed with a thick dark brown to black glaze. There is also a partial thinner layer of the same glaze, but bubbled, on the inside. The vessel had a base diameter of 60mm.

A sherd from a ceramic vessel of Post Medieval date. The sherd is a base sherd from a small vessel. The base is beaded. The fabric is hard, a yellow cream colour and the breaks are fine. There are sparse grey inclusions which are very small. Both faces are glazed, with a clear glaze on the outside with a stripe of thick brown, and the inside has a mottled brown and yellow glaze which has pooled in the base. The vessel is probably 17th or 18th century in date.

A sherd from a ceramic vessel of probable Post Medieval date. The sherd is a rim sherd from a thick earthenware bowl. The rim is rounded and slightly out-turned. The fabric is fairly hard, a bright red/orange colour reduced to grey on the inside. The breaks are irregular and the inclusions are sparse and small. They include grey stone and white pieces of quartz. The inside face is glazed with an iron rich dark brown glaze. This continues over the rim but not further on the outside. The vessel is probably 16th or 17th century in date.
