Part of a Post Medieval copper alloy tap dating from AD 1700-1850. Only the T shaped handle survives, flat and with a straight top, and with some damage to the centre of the top of the cross bar. The underneath of the cross bar is bi-concave, and the curved edges are bevelled and have visible filemarks.The shaft of the T is broken, and the breaks are patinated. The object has a smooth grey green patina. It is 35.4mm long, 16.9mm tall and 4.7mm thick. 12.86g. Compare PUBLIC-2806EA, SUR-4911A7 and SF-029215.
