A Post Medieval silver circular mount or eyelet in the form of an annulet. It probably dates from AD 1500 - 1600. The piece has a beaded outer edge which is a raised rim, and a similar beaded rim round the central hole which is 3.4mm in diameter. The concave area of the front face, between these two borders is decorated with radiating raised lines. There are six circular holes spaced equally among the ribs. A Post Medieval Silver dress component, probably an eyelet dating from about AD 1500 - 1600. The probable eyelet is pentagonal in plan. Each point is moulded on the obverse into a simple fleur-de-lis. The sides of the eyelet are concave, and in the centre of each one, on the front face, is a moulded pellet. There is a circular hole in the centre of the object, of 2.3mm diameter. This hole is actually a short tube, the back end of which flares outwards to form a backplate.
