This commemorates the initial victory over the Jewish rebels in Judaea. Compare Sear Volume 1, number 2296 on page 436.

The coin is 16.1mm diameter, 2.2mm thick and 1.68g. There is a chip missing from the edge and the obverse legend is illegible.
