An incomplete worn and corroded fragment of a copper alloy nummus of Constantine II or Constantius II dating from AD 325 - 329 (Reece Period 16), VIRTVS CAESS reverse type depicting a camp-gate with wide open doors. Obverse shows a bust left. Mint of Arles. Mintmark [-] F//(Q)CONST. RIC VII Arelate 322, 323, 333, 334 or 335. The coin is incomplete, with all the edges broken. It is 15.1mm long, 13.5mm wide and 1.7mm thick. 0.92g.

A copper alloy Roman coin; a nummus of Helena, dating to AD 328 (Reece Period 16), SECVRITAS REI PVBLICE reverse type depicting Securitas standing left holding a branch. Mint of Arles. RIC VII, p. 269, no. 324. The coin is 18.5mm diameter, 1.52mm thick and 1.93g. It is in poor condition, but enough is visible to be confident of this identification.
