An incomplete flint Group A microlith dating from the Early Mesolithic period (9000 BC - 8000 BC). The microlith is formed on a tertiary flake of yellow grey chert. It is an obliquely blunted point in plan and has a double dorsal ridge. The proximal end is truncated. The microlith is worked on the distal left side with short, sub-parallel, abrupt retouch. The microlith is 28.7mm long, 10.6mm wide and 3.2mm thick. 0.97g.
