A flake of tertiary debitage, dating from the Middle to Late Neolithic (c. 3000 BC - c. 2200 BC). The flake is sub oval in plan and oval in cross section. The ventral surface displays a couple of deliberately flake scars, and there is probable deliberate retouch around the edge. The flint is of a poor quality with several flaws, which resulted in hinge fracturing. Uncontrolled fractures due to plough roll and movement in the soil has meant that the controlled flake scars are hard to determine. The flake is a light grey to white colour, with orange spots. An incomplete cast copper alloy badge with a floral motif, of Post Medieval dating (17th to 18th Centuries AD). The badge is irregular in plan and cross section. The badge is openwork in design, with a central flower design. Two petals of which are present. Each petal has two layers - a top petal and a bottom petal and are convex (domed) in nature. A complete cast copper alloy vessel foot, of Roman dating (1 - 410 AD). The mount is irregular in plan, and cross section. It is of a peltate shape, with each peak being bifurbicated (split) by a V shaped groove. Each tip curves away from the groove. The front is plain and undecorated (apart from the grooves). The back is hollow, with a thick outer rim. It is a mid to dark green colour, with an patchy but even surface patina.
