The buckle frame is sub-circular. The central bar, divides the loop into two 'D' shape sectors. There are two integral sub-rectangular projections to one outer edge, decorated like a tassel on the end of a belt. There is no evidence of a pin rest. Diameter: 25.4 mm Thickness: 1.3 mm Weight: 5.8 g This coin is less than 300 years old, and although it has been pierced, there is no other evidence that it was removed from circulation to function as a pendant.
