An incomplete copper alloy Colchester brooch, of Late Iron Age to early Roman date (AD 25 to AD 60).
Approximately 50% of the brooch is present, consisting of the bow, wings, head, part of the spring, and an incomplete catch plate. The pin, and the rest of the spring are missing, presumed lost in antiquity.

A rimsherd of a wheel thrown ceramic vessel, of Late Iron Age to Roman dating (100 BC to 1st Centuries AD).
The sherd consists of a rimsherd, in a fabric is similar to that of local (unsourced) frequent fossil shell type, consistent with Late Iron Age to Roman dating. The rim type is that of a squared everted type, probably consistent with a bowl or storage jar. Not enough of the rim is present to allow an accurate determination of original rim diameter.
The sherd is 10.5 mm thick and weighs 14.8 g. It has a length of 29.8 mm and is 28.5 mm wide.
